After decades of working in print, broadcast, and public relations, I’ve seen firsthand how words can heal or harm, inspire or discourage, build up or tear down. I remain deeply grateful to those who trusted me as an editor, writer, and publisher to transform everyday accounts into compelling human-interest stories.

From the Hattiesburg American to the Indianapolis Star, the Houston Chronicle to Jackson State University – and across countless consulting projects – the goal of storytelling has remained the same: to teach, to inform, and to spark transformation.

After years of helping authors move hearts toward social change, political awareness, community strength, and spiritual awakening, I now add my voice to the chorus.

My book, Be Bold. Be Brave. Believe. Be Blessed., is a deeply personal testimony of how I cheated death by breaking down fear and building up faith in God – even when armed kidnappers and carjackers ordered me to comply or die. I chose the road less traveled, the decision that defied human instinct, and I survived – not by my strength, but because their blindness could not perceive that I was clothed in the full armor of God.
